Hi.
It's been kind of quiet around here in blog land. Sorry about that. I sort of made this realization that there are only 3 weeks left of summer vacation and decided to not look at blogging as an assignment...
Instead, we went on a mini-family vacation for a beautiful 4 day weekend involving ferris wheels, swimming pools, bowling alleys, sand and the most delicious vegan cuisine ever (see Urth Caffe and Real Food Daily for our faves)....
and we are currently preparing for a maxi-vacation next week involving my grandpa's 90th birthday, 4 cabins full of family members, and a three hour flight plus two hour drive. For this one, though, Paul is staying back at home for the week to watch James Bond movies and reality tv while muttering something about not enough vacation time... hmm.
Anyway, consider this a short hello and I guess I'll check back in when we have maximized our August to its full summer potential! This will likely involve plenty of coffee shop trips.
Cheers.
